Their official menus put lunch at HKD 1,188–2,475 including service, before drinks. “Best” depends on your budget, desired course and dining restrictions—not price alone.

Sushi Shikon in Central suits a milestone dinner at an eight-seat counter. Sushi Saito at Four Seasons suits diners comparing published lunch and dinner structures. Sushi Wadatsumi at K11 Musea suits a Kowloon-based visit or a lower-cost introduction to a starred sushi restaurant. 1. Sushi Shikon: a milestone counter meal

Shikon holds three stars in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide. The hotel describes an eight-seat hinoki counter and names Satoshi Tada as head chef.

Budget: the official menu lists lunch at HKD 2,250 plus 10%, including one appetiser and eight sushi pieces. Dinner is HKD 4,000 plus 10%, with five to six appetisers and ten sushi pieces. Both include soup and dessert.

Choose it for: making the counter meal the evening’s main event. Think twice if: you expect lunch to reproduce dinner: the published lunch has substantially fewer appetisers.

2. Sushi Saito: compare the course, not just the price

Central — Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

The official menu lists HKD 1,980 lunch and HKD 3,480 dinner, plus 10%. Both contain nine sushi pieces, one roll, soup, egg and seasonal fruit; lunch has three appetisers and dinner six.

Choose it for: a lunch retaining the same published sushi count as dinner. Think twice if: you interpret that as an identical meal: the menu does not establish identical fish, portions or preparations.

Before booking: the hotel page directs reservations to 6352 4453, with enquiry hours 10:00–18:00 except Wednesday. Published dining days exclude Wednesday. Children must be at least 11; gentlemen should avoid shorts, sleeveless shirts and open-toed shoes.

3. Sushi Wadatsumi: the lower-priced starred lunch

Tsim Sha Tsui — K11 Musea

Wadatsumi holds one star in the 2026 guide. Its official menu lists HKD 1,080 lunch and HKD 2,380 dinner, plus 10%, including appetisers, sushi, miso soup and dessert. Piece counts are not specified.

Choose it for: a starred lunch without crossing the harbour from Kowloon. Think twice if: someone needs substantial dietary adaptation: fully cooked, vegetarian and fish-allergy menus are explicitly unavailable.
