Sushi Chain Limited-Time Seasonal Fairs in Hong Kong
Hong Kong's sushi chains run constant limited-time fairs: character collaborations, seasonal fish, anniversary giveaways and new-branch flash deals. They are the best time to try premium items at chain prices — and to collect merchandise.

Sushiro × Opanchu Usagi
From 15 September to 20 October 2026, Sushiro's collaboration with the Japanese character Opanchu Usagi brings themed decor, merchandise and a postcard giveaway. Four collaboration items are served at all outlets except Sham Shui Po West Kowloon Centre and Wan Chai Emperor Group Centre:
From 15 September: Tuna and Oshinko Ohagi with Squid (HKD 17) and Crispy Caramel Sweet Potato with Vanilla Ice Cream (HKD 34). From 6 October: Aburi Basil Duo, salmon and shrimp (HKD 17), and a Collaboration Drink Set (HKD 99). The themed store is at Causeway Bay Plaza 2.
Genki Sushi × Doraemon
Marking 30 years since Genki Sushi launched in Hong Kong, the Doraemon campaign gives a limited-edition gold token for every HKD 180 spent in a single dine-in transaction. Each token wins one of 24 limited-edition items — keychains, drawstring bags and stickers featuring Doraemon and Genki mascots Okuta Kun and Tokuchan.
Earlier 2026 fairs
Genki's Tamagotchi "Capsule Toy Fair" added a themed menu and collectibles, with direct Silver membership for spending HKD 420 or more. Sushiro's LOHAS Park opening on 10 July 2026 sold thick-cut otoro at HKD 12 a piece and whole Japanese scallops at HKD 17.
