VTC Certificate in Sushi Preparation
For a career path, the Vocational Training Council's Certificate in Sushi Preparation (QF Level 2) covers knife skills, shari, sashimi, nigiri, maki and temaki, at venues including the International Culinary Institute in Pok Fu Lam.
