Sushiro Hong Kong: Menu, Prices, Locations and Queue Times

Sushiro is Japan's biggest conveyor-belt sushi chain and one of Hong Kong's most popular. It is known for good fish at low prices — and for long queues. The trick is to use the app.

Sushiro at a glance. Plates: red HKD 12, yellow HKD 17, black HKD 27 (published prices; check the tablet). Typical spend: HKD 101–200 a head. Branches: 20+ across Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. Queue: use the Sushiro app to book a slot. Newest: The LOHAS, Tseung Kwan O, opened 10 July 2026.

Prices and menu

Plates are colour-coded: published prices have been HKD 12 (red), HKD 17 (yellow) and HKD 27 (black). Red plates cover salmon, simple nigiri and basic rolls. OpenRice lists most branches in the HKD 101–200 per-head band. See HKD 12 sushi plates.

Takeaway and delivery

Delivery menus list 6 pieces of salmon at HKD 65, a 4-kind sashimi platter (8 pieces) at HKD 70, a 6-kind platter (12 pieces) at HKD 106, a 10-piece Sushi Set for 1 from HKD 90, and pick-your-own boxes of 6, 10 and 16 from HKD 48, 80 and 128. Some branches show discounts on delivery apps. See sushi sets by price per piece.

Queue times

Sushiro doesn't publish wait times, but weekend lunch and dinner queues can run an hour or more at popular malls. The app lets you book a time slot or take a remote queue number. See sushi chain queue apps.

Skip the wait: book in the app, or go at opening time or 2:30–5pm on weekdays.

Opening deals

New branches bring flash deals. At The LOHAS opening, Sushiro sold otoro at HKD 12 a piece while stocks lasted, and whole Japanese scallops at HKD 17 from 10 to 14 July 2026.

Ordering tips: order from the tablet for fresh plates · check plate colours · try the seasonal specials · finish with dessert, which is good value.

Prices are dated. Plate prices come from published guides and may have changed. The tablet shows the current price.
