"A Feast of Japanese Seafood Flavours" runs 6pm to 9:30pm from 1 September to 30 November 2026. HKD 768 Monday to Thursday; HKD 868 Friday to Sunday, public holidays and eves. Weekday sashimi includes Nagasaki akami tuna, red prawn and Kagoshima hamachi; weekends add Hokkaido scallop, tsubugai, ikura and sea urchin hand rolls.

cafe TOO, Island Shangri-La

The "Taste of Japan" buffet has an unlimited chilled sashimi bar with tuna, salmon, yellowtail, herring and red shrimp, plus jumbo scallops and a catch of the day from Friday to Sunday and on holidays.

Kowloon Shangri-La

Summer 2026 pricing was HKD 498 for weekday lunch, HKD 558 at weekends and on holidays, HKD 818 for Monday–Thursday dinner and HKD 878 Friday to Sunday, plus 10%.
