Best sushi buffet in Hong Kong
Unlimited sushi worth the appetite
Best Sushi Buffet in Hong Kong
The best sushi buffets in Hong Kong are hotel buffets with a dedicated sashimi and sushi station. They cost more than chain all-you-can-eat deals but offer better fish, more premium items and a proper room. For value, a Japanese restaurant buffet or a weekday hotel lunch goes a long way.

What makes a buffet good for sushi: a staffed sashimi station rather than pre-cut trays · fish on ice · rice made in small batches · named origins · premium items on rotation.
Watch the sashimi trays. Raw fish left out warms quickly. Choose freshly sliced pieces and avoid trays sitting in the 4°C–60°C danger zone. See is it safe to eat raw fish.
