Sushi Restaurants in Harbour City and K11 Musea

Colour key: prices · what to do · cautions · places

Harbour City and K11 Musea cover almost every sushi budget under two roofs. The lowest set price we found was a HKD 298 lunch at Sushi Masa in K11 Musea, but that is an OpenRice booking offer, not the walk-in price. At the top end, starred Sushi Wadatsumi charges HKD 2,380 for dinner before service.

Sushi Masa at K11 Musea suits a first omakase on a budget. Sushi Hisayoshi in Harbour City’s Gateway Arcade suits a serious Edomae meal for less than starred prices. Umai SushiKan in Ocean Terminal suits shoppers who want à la carte sushi without a fixed course.

30-second decision: Under HKD 500 counter course: Sushi Masa, K11 Musea. Edomae lunch: Sushi Hisayoshi, Harbour City. Mixed group or kids: Umai SushiKan or sen-ryo, Harbour City. Starred splurge: Sushi Wadatsumi, K11 Musea. Check which mall and zone before you set off.

1. Harbour City

Harbour City’s restaurant directory labels shops by zone: GW is Gateway Arcade and OT is Ocean Terminal. Save the zone with the shop number.

Sushi Hisayoshi, Gateway Arcade

Where: Shop G111, G/F, Gateway Arcade, Harbour City, 3–27 Canton Road. Open Google Maps. The directory lists 12:00–15:30 and 18:00–22:30 daily; phone 2383 3366.

An OpenRice menu listing shows lunch omakase from HKD 880 and dinner from HKD 1,680 to HKD 2,680. OpenRice marks it “for reference only”, and a 2026 diner reported a different price for one course. Choose it for: Edomae sushi from the team of Ginza chef Hisayoshi Iwa. Limitation: confirm the course price and service charge before booking.

Umai SushiKan, Ocean Terminal

Where: Shop OTG04A, G/F, Ocean Terminal, Harbour City. Open Google Maps. OpenRice lists 10% service and corkage, and a reviewer in August 2025 reported a HKD 598 12-piece chef’s selection and a HKD 298 seafood donburi.

Choose it for: à la carte sushi, rice bowls and cooked dishes. Limitation: two OpenRice reviewers in November 2025 criticised food quality and value. Hours differ between OpenRice and the mall directory.

sen-ryo, Gateway Arcade

Where: Shop 2101–02, 2/F, Gateway Arcade, Harbour City. Open Google Maps. The directory lists 11:30–22:30, or 23:00 on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays. sen-ryo’s July 2026 lunch menu runs Monday to Friday until 5:30pm, but we did not verify dine-in prices. See our sen-ryo set lunch guide.

2. K11 Musea

Sushi Masa, K11 Musea

Where: Shop 506, 5/F, K11 Musea, 18 Salisbury Road. Open Google Maps. K11 Musea lists 12:00–15:00 and 18:00–22:00; enquiries 6324 6223.

OpenRice booking lists a HKD 398 15-item course and a HKD 598 premium course, both excluding service. The HKD 298 13-item lunch is an OpenRice offer on a HKD 348 set, valid only when booked through OpenRice. Service is charged at 10% of the original HKD 348, making HKD 332.80. Sister restaurant Sushi Masa Black is in Tai Kwun.

Sushi Wadatsumi and AOI by KAIYŌ

Sushi Wadatsumi, at Shop 607, 6/F, publishes omakase prices of HKD 1,080 lunch and HKD 2,380 dinner plus 10%. Compare it in our Tsim Sha Tsui sushi guide.

AOI by KAIYŌ, at Shop 406, 4/F, opened in August 2026, per The Loop HK. It serves sushi alongside robatayaki and sukiyaki, with caviar boxes from HKD 198. K11 Musea lists 11:00–23:00 daily. Limitation: it is a broad Japanese menu, not a sushi counter.

3. Plan around the mall

Budget check, assuming 10% service on the listed price: HKD 398 becomes HKD 437.80; HKD 598 becomes HKD 657.80; HKD 880 becomes HKD 968. Drinks and supplements are extra.

Copy this enquiry: “Hello, we are [number] guests for [lunch/dinner] on [date] at [time]. Which courses are available, is a 10% service charge added, and do you need a credit card or deposit to hold the booking?”

For more counter courses, see omakase under HKD 500 and HKD 1,000. For booking-platform deals, see sushi deals on Klook and OpenRice.
