Tsim Sha Tsui Sushi with a View of Victoria Harbour

Colour key: prices · what to do · cautions · places

Few true sushi counters in Tsim Sha Tsui face the harbour. The view usually comes with a broader Japanese restaurant, where sushi is one part of the menu. The clearest published price we found was Nobu’s HKD 1,388 Signature omakase, which comes to HKD 1,526.80 with the stated 10% service charge.

Nobu at Regent Hong Kong suits a waterfront occasion dinner with sushi, sashimi and hot dishes. Aqua at H Zentre suits a lively weekend brunch with unlimited sashimi and maki. ANA Ten in Ocean Terminal suits a more casual meal in Harbour City with window seats.

30-second decision: Waterfront omakase dinner: Nobu. Free-flow weekend brunch: Aqua. Casual lunch with a harbour outlook: ANA Ten. Pure Edomae sushi: choose a counter from our Tsim Sha Tsui sushi guide and accept that it will probably have no view.

1. Waterfront hotel dining

Nobu Hong Kong, Regent Hong Kong

Where: 2/F, Regent Hong Kong, 18 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. Open Google Maps. The hotel’s Nobu page lists dinner 6:00pm–11:00pm (last order 10:30pm), Saturday brunch 12:00pm–2:30pm, and phone +852 2313 2313.

The official menu lists the Signature omakase at HKD 1,388, the Nobu Budapest omakase at HKD 1,888 and a sushi selection of 8 pieces plus 6 maki at HKD 500, all subject to 10% service. Saturday brunch is HKD 858 per adult. The Budapest menu runs only until 31 October 2026, per the hotel.

Choose it for: anniversaries, client dinners or a first night in Hong Kong. A private room for up to 16 overlooks the harbour. Limitation: this is Nobu-style Japanese-Peruvian cooking, not an Edomae counter. The dress code is smart casual. Reservations open on the 1st of each month for the following two months.

2. Rooftop and Ocean Terminal views

Aqua, H Zentre

Where: 17/F, H Zentre, 15 Middle Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. Open Google Maps. Aqua runs Italian and Japanese kitchens in one space, with open-air terraces; phone 3427 2288.

The brunch page lists HKD 588 per adult for 120 minutes of unlimited plates, including sashimi and futomaki. That is HKD 646.80 with 10% service, before optional free-flow drinks from HKD 200. Children eat free on Sundays.

Choose it for: groups who want a view and a party feel. Saturdays bring DJ sets. Limitation: sushi shares the table with pizza and pasta, so purists may find it diluted. The site says the brunch must be ordered for the whole table.

ANA Ten, Ocean Terminal

Where: Shop OTE304, L3, Ocean Terminal, Harbour City. Open Google Maps. Harbour City lists 12:00–23:00 daily and phone 2701 9881. The operator’s own page gives split lunch and dinner hours and mentions a sea-view terrace bar.

Choose it for: sashimi, rolls, tempura and washoku while shopping in Harbour City. Limitation: we did not verify current menu prices, and its inline page says online booking is not open. Phone to book and ask for a window table.

Next door, Hiyama at Shop OTE302 focuses on A5 wagyu sukiyaki and shabu-shabu. It also serves sushi, and OpenRice describes 180-degree harbour views. Choose it if wagyu, rather than sushi, is the main event.

3. Getting the view you paid for

Budget check, using the stated 10% service: Nobu Signature omakase, HKD 1,526.80; Nobu Saturday brunch, HKD 943.80; Aqua brunch, HKD 646.80. Drinks are extra in every case.

A harbour-view restaurant does not guarantee a harbour-view seat. Request a window table when booking and ask whether it is confirmed or only noted. For sunset, book shortly before dusk and check the sunset time for your date.

Copy this enquiry: “Hello, I would like a table for [number] on [date] at [time]. Can you confirm a window or harbour-view seat, the current set menu price, the 10% service charge and your cancellation policy?”
